Invitation to the Igbo Ekene Global Development Union Worldwide Women’s Day Celebration

It is with great pleasure that we extend a warm invitation to you to join us for the Igbo Ekene Global Development Union Worldwide Women’s Day Celebration, scheduled to hold on Sunday, October 19, 2025.

This year’s celebration is themed “Empowered Women, Empowering the Igbo Nation.” The event seeks to recognize and celebrate the immense contributions of women to the growth, unity, and progress of the Igbo nation and humanity at large.

In our continued commitment to promoting gender inclusion and community development, Igbo Ekene Global Development Union Worldwide has officially designated October 19th as Igbo Ekene Women’s Day. This day serves as a platform to honor the strength, resilience, and achievements of women within our union and beyond.

We would be deeply honored by your presence as we celebrate this important occasion with cultural displays, keynote addresses, awards, and other engaging activities designed to inspire and empower.
