IKENNA DISTRIBUTES MORE FERTILIZERS TO WOMEN IN OHAFIA COMMUNITIES
Still in demonstration of his commitment to supporting local farmers, particularly women, the founder of IKENNA & JENN UKWA FOUNDATION, Hon Ikenna Nicolas Ukwa through his representatives, yesterday distributed both liquid and solid fertilizers to women in Amuma, Eziafor and Ibina Ohafia in Ohafia LGA of Abia State.
The initiative to distribute fertilizers to women in Amuma, Eziafor, and Ibina in Ohafia is aimed to boost agricultural productivity by increasing
crop yields and enhancing livelihoods for women farmers.









The benefitting women in the various communities who were visibly elated thanked Chief Ikenna Nicolas Ukwa for his enormous support in addressing their farming needs, adding that his efforts and dedication to community development and empowerment is highly commendable and worthy of emulation. They prayed to God to continue to enlarge his coast and grant him good health, more strength and wisdom in his strive to better the lots of the society.


So far, the following communities have benefitted from the free distribution of fertilizers. They include; Elu, Okagwe, Nkwebi, Amaekpu, Nkporo, some pro-groups, and now Amuma, Eziafor and Ibina Ohafia LGA.
