WHY ARE THEY AFRAID OF RELIABLE INTELLIGENCE: A REJOINDER TO JOHN OKIYI’S ‘ONLY A FAILING GOVERNMENT BLAMES OPPOSITION FOR INSECURITY.’

The guilty they say is afraid. Why would Chief John Okiyi Kalu, the c-in-c of the remnants of the bitter and desperate deflated Abia PDP go on rampage for a Press Release by the Media Aide of the Executive Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Otti with the caption, “Promoters of Violence and Insecurity in Abia will Pay a Heavy Prize’.
What is JOK afraid of? Is there something he is not telling us about the recent spate of violence and crime in the State? Does he want the promoters of Violence and Insecurity to be treated with kid gloves? Does he want the Governor to ignore valuable tip-off and reliable intelligence from the security agencies about those behind the current wave of violence and crime in the State which started a day after the first anniversary of his inauguration?
JOK is the same character who blamed post-election litigation by the opposition parties for non-performance of his principal, Ex-Governor Ikpeazu in office.
He blamed, blackmailed and threatened Medical Doctors under the aegis of Nigeria Medical Association (NMA) for protesting against non-payment of their 22 months arrears of salaries.
His principal blamed the deplorable state of the roads in Abia on the activities of Abians who dispose of hot water used to defeather chickens on the roads.
He blamed the Management of Abia State parastatals appointed by his boss for non-payment of 6 – 36 Months arrears of salaries by inventing the slogan, core and non-core civil servants .
His principal blamed pedestrians who has no business with flyover for his inability to complete a flyover in 6 years.
In the words of Frank Herbert, ‘Desperate People are the most Dangerous People’. Chief Okiyi is leading a bitter and desperate troop who will stop at nothing to regain access to Abia treasury to continue the looting and plundering from where they stopped.
I have bad news for JOK and his gang of desperados. The Government and People of Abia State can never make the mistake of under-estimating the bitter desperados in the guise of opposition because they know how far they can go to regain access into Abia treasury.
The Executive Governor of Abia State, His Excellency, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti dealt a serious blow and decimated the criminals who took over Umunneochi Local Government during the immediate past administration without linking any agent of the Government to the menace and those perpetrating the current rise in violence and crime in the State including their backers and sponsors will be decimated and flushed-out.
The Government and Security Agencies will make no distinction between the perpetrators of the rising violence and crime and those desperate and unpatriotic politicians who sponsor or connive with them irrespective of the usual noise from the SERIAL WAILERS.
