President Tinubu Returns To Nigeria After China, UK Trip
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has arrived in Nigeria after a successful working visit to China and the United Kingdom.
The announcement was made known by the special adviser to the president on Social media, Dada Olusegun, on Sunday night.
Recall that Bayo Onanuga, the special adviser on information and strategy to the president revealed on Saturday that Mr President will return to Abuja on Sunday after a two-week official trip to China and the United Kingdom (UK).
Tinubu left Abuja for China on August 29 but stopped in Dubai before arriving in Beijing on September 1.
During his trip, Tinubu met with Chinese President Xi Jinping, and both leaders signed five memoranda of understanding (MoU) on behalf of Nigeria and China.
The MoUs cut across areas of trade, infrastructural investments, media cooperation, and security improvements.
Tinubu said he was committed to replicating Chinese infrastructure in Nigeria.
The president left Beijing for London and met with King Charles III.
