HAPPY BIRTHDAY: Your Dedication to Abia State’s Progress is a Model for All Abians – UAAP
The leadership and members of the United Abia Artistes and Patriots Forum (UAAP) have extended heartfelt birthday wishes to their president, Ambassador Dr. Osita Offor, popularly known as “De Ultimate Commander.”
In a press release signed by UAAP’s Secretary General, Comrade Emenike Jason Iroegbu, the organization praised De Ultimate Commander as a rare and exceptional leader whose passion and commitment to the progress of Abia State should serve as a model for all Abians.

Through his extensive global network, De Ultimate Commander has been instrumental in attracting investors and rallying people of goodwill to support and protect the interests of God’s Own State.
