HOLD JOE IGBOKWE, BAYO ONANUGA AND RENO OMOKRI RESPONSIBLE FOR GENOCIDAL RANTS AGAINST NDIGBO.

The “end bad government” protests as expected has dovetailed in unpleasant consequences with the trending social media flotation of another equally troubling sophistry so called “igbo must go” mantra across the Yoruba states.

This must be what Joe Igbokwe, Bayo Onanuga and Reno Omokri meant when they came out boldly several days before the planned nationwide protests to warn Peter Obi and Ndigbo of severe consequences should the protests ever be allowed to take place. They called Peter Obi, Obidients and Ndigbo names unjustly.

It is clear that these desperate men of shallow means already had made up their minds to profile and linchpin the Igbo people because of their misguided hatred. Joe Igbokwe while warning Ndigbo days before the would-be protests threatened his Igbo people saying that “Igbos had been singled out as culprits behind the planned protests” and also calling out Peter Obi and Obidients movement.

Bayo Onanuga equally took to X platforms, Instagram and other media networks to blab against Ndigbo and Peter Obi for among other things, plotting to overthrow President Bola Ahmed Tinubu by hiding under the national protests. What a provocative insult to the Igbo nation.

Reno Omokri completed the route and icing of the cake of their wicked propaganda and profiling of Igbo ethnic group, mocking the Igbos and casting blames over what was still a rearing and faceless movement. To the trio and their rented thugs, the faceless group planning the protests represented Obidients, and Obidients represented Peter Obi and Ndigbo and possibly even IPOB. This was their banal calculations for which they attracted the pursestrings of government sponsorship to nip the protests in the bud.

But D-day finally came and exposed their wild goose strategies and banality. The leaders of the protests finally showed their faces to the world, and they were all Yoruba activists with few exceptions like Pastor Isa El Buba. There was no Igbo among the protagonists of the national protestations.

But these genocidists instead of apologizing to Ndigbo shamelessly rented another crowd and started another project christened “igbo must go” scripted to continue their Igbo hate theology and criminal propaganda. Where are the Igbos?

At this point, the call must be made to Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide, The Southeast Governors, The Southeast Igbo National Assembly caucus, Igbo leadership in Lagos, Igbo leadership in Diaspora, and other lovers of over 60 million Igbo population worldwide to immediately initiate actions whether legal or otherwise against the trio of Joe Igbokwe, Bayo Onanuga and Reno Omokri for being responsible for trending seperatist calls against Ndigbo and other Igbo hate propaganda added to veiled threats capable of starting another Igbo pogroms in Nigeria our fatherland.

It is not enough for the Igbo National Assembly caucus members to call for investigation into the trending “Igbo must go” war song, but should call out the culprits who are already known and hold them responsible.

Igbos had been forcefully prevented from leaving Nigeria to form their own country severally, so why should we now start entertaining this evil profiling and hate meant to destroy our psyche, investments and kill our people in cold blood. This criminality must be resisted by legal and other legitimate actions and not by cosmetic calls for investigation.

This illegal profiling has led to intimidation, wilful destruction of Igbo properties, thuggery against innocent Igbos, and hate. Joe Igbokwe, Bayo Onanuga and Reno Omokri must show the world those Igbos they alleged were organizing the protests for which they secretly planned the annihilation of Ndigbo in Lagos and failing which they should be taken before the International Court of Justice for planning another genocide against the Igbo people in western Nigeria.

In conclusion, we’re calling on the Southeast caucus of the National Assembly to without delay move a motion for the public hearing of the “Igbo Must Go” cries in Yoruba states and invite the trio of Joe Igbokwe, Bayo Onanuga and Reno Omokri for full legislative actions on the issue. Enough is Enough.
