Governor Alex Otti Condoles with the Family of Late Elder Emmanuel Adaelu.
The Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Otti, OFR has received the News of the passing of an octogenarian and Great Abia son, Elder Emmanuel Adaelu, MFR.
Governor Otti described the Late Elder Adaelu as a successful entrepreneur and businessman who left his name in the sands of time.
On behalf of the Government and People of Abia State, Governor Otti commiserate with the family of the Late Elder Adaelu, the good people of Osisioma Ngwa Local Government and the entire State on the passing of the great icon.
