Isiugwu Ohafia Indigenes In Aba Endorse Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Uchendu.

Indigenes of Isiugwu Ohafia living in Aba has endorsed the candidature of Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Uchendu for Arochukwu/Ohafia Constituency in the forthcoming general election.
The people who are under the Umbrella of Isiugwu Ohafia Community Development Association (IOCDA) Aba Branch took the decision during her end of year meeting held at Cameron Road Primary School in Aba.
Speaking through the Branch President, Mr. Okereke Osu, the Vice President, Elder Uchenna Nnanna, the Woman Leader, Madam Christy Abel and the youth leader, Mr. Okoro Njoku the Isiugwu Community Indigenes in Aba described Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Uchendu as their own and a great ambassador of Ohafia who has through his position redefined representation with a good number of projects to his credit.
They noted that they all registered and obtained their PVCs for the sake of Rt. Hon. Uchendu and explained that they transferred their units to Isiugwu Ohafia to enable them fully participate in the General election.
The community also donated campaign material (posters) to the vibrant law maker through her Vice President/President of Ohafia Youths in Aba, Elder Uchenna Nnanna and vowed to do whatever it takes to ensure his victory.
They however pleaded with him for assistance to enable them build a befitting hall for the Association which will serve as their meeting point in the future.
Also Speaking, the President General of Isiugwu Ohafia Community Development Association (IOCDA), Chief Obiwe Onyeani heaped praise on the man, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Uchendu for reawakening the political consciousness of Nde Ohafia via his quality representation since 2015 till date. He maintained that ‘Mr. Project’ remains the best option for the people of Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency judging by his antecedents and urged the everyone to queue behind him.
Addressing the over excited crowd, the man of the moment, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Uchendu commended the Community Association for their resolve to come together in contributing their quota towards the development of their community and Ohafia in General. According to him, the crowd he witnessed as just Isiugwu Community Indigenes in Aba has further proved that the people of Ohafia are adventurous and highly industrious.
He thanked the people of Isiugwu Ohafia for their massive love for him since 2015 and explained that it was such gesture that spurred him to donate building materials and cash to the youths of the community for the building of Obai Bridge in addition to the classroom block at Isiugwu Comprehensive Secondary School which he attracted.
He also explained that Youths and Secondary School Students from the Community were beneficiaries of his Skill Acquisition Program, Free WAEC/JAMB registration and solicited for their usual support to enable him deliver more dividends of democracy.
Rt. Hon. Uchendu also thanked specially, Elder Uchenna for donating campaign posters to his campaign organization and promised never to let him and the community down.
The DG of Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Uchendu Campaign Organization, Chief J. J. Okoro assured the people of the community and Ohafia in general that his people of Arochukwu will honour their agreement between their brothers, Ohafia by throwing their support to an Ohafia indigene for the Federal House. He identified Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Uchendu as the most qualified and one with the necessary experience to deliver.
Adding his own voice, Hon. Oguelu Eke Anya expressed his delight at the turn up of Isiugwu Ohafia indigenes in Aba for their end of year meeting and promised to support them in their logistics to enable them travel home for the election.
The event featured Special Prayers for Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Uchendu and his team by the Women and Youths of IOCDA Aba Branch, Cutting of their End of Year Cake and lots more while Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Uchendu was accompanied by his Campaign DG – Chief J. J. Okoro, Isiama Ward Councillor – Hon. Udo Anaga Ibeh and Hon. Oguelu Eke Anya (Ogutex) – Special Adviser to the Governor.
