BREAKING (Strike): UNIBEN Staff Commits Suicide Over “No Work No Pay” Policy

Prince Carter Oshodin, Data Entry staff, who is a member of Non-academic Staff Union (NASU), UNIBEN, has reportedly ended it all over his dire financial situation.

It is reported that the incident which was stymied by the fiasco occasioned by the unresolved six months old strike embarked upon by the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, and Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities SSANU, led Prince to end it all on Friday, August 9.

According to the reports, the deceased was said to have been completely depressed over ‘no work, no pay” of President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration and decided to hang himself.
